Located about one mile downriver from our rental cabins, our campground offers 9 electric sites as well as primitive camping space alongside the Yellow River. The campground is open from April through November.
Directions to campground: Make your way to 1878 Old Mission Drive, Harpers Ferry, IA 52146. Go downriver from the mailbox displaying our address. Go past the next house on the left, then turn right into the next driveway, which is the campground.
Firewood is available for $5/bundle upon request. Ice is available for $3/bag upon request.
On our property you can enjoy birding, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Bring your own canoes or kayaks, or rent them locally from Bigfoot Canoe Rental.
Don’t forget your fishing pole… There’s a bass in the river with your name on it. The river offers smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, and brown trout.
Bring your hiking boots to take advantage of the hiking trails on our property, and bring your camera as you are sure to see an abundance of wildlife and prairie plants. A pair of binoculars serves well for eagle watching and stargazing.

Campsite Rates: $25/night (one tent per site)
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. (A credit card is required to hold your reservation.)
Pets are allowed.
Check in after 2 pm. Check out by 11 am. (Exceptions to these times can sometimes be made. Please inquire.)
